Letters of Recommendation and AppreciationOver the years,
we have received many letters thanking us or recommending us for quality work on
our projects. These letters were completely voluntary, and this is just a
sampling of them. These are scanned to show signatures and contact information,
and also the text is typed for easy reading. “This communication is forwarded to thank you and to acknowledge the professionalism and quality workmanship your company demonstrated throughout our $17 Million Hope VI Phase II project; which consisted of the construction of 134 mixed-income townhouse units, and the renovation of and addition to the existing community center. It was indeed a pleasure to work with you and your staff on the successful completion of this portion of our Agency's Revitalization effort in the City of Paterson. The Housing Authority is truly proud of the final product, and will be happy to provide you with recommendations should the need arise. Once again thank you, and best of luck in future endeavors.”

It's not enough today to deliver a project on time and within budget, but you need to anticipate your clients needs. From the subcontractor's he chooses to the cleanest of the job site you can easily see the pride that he puts into each project. In our shopping centers, our homes and now for our Jaguar dealership we've never found anyone better. I highly recommend E-Tomic Construction.”

It has been our pleasure to work with this company, since everyone in their employ took ownership and responsibility in getting the job done in an expeditious manner not only for E-Tomic, but for Flight Safety. For this reason, if this company's work is their signature, then their mark is a symbol of excellence! I would highly recommend them for any general contracting job which requires perseverance and dedication in successfully completing the project and pride in the finished product.”

The project was defaulted by the prior contractor under a bond provided by Frontier Insurance Company. The prior contractor had used up 80% of the time against 25% of the work performed. E-Tomic was selected and contracted by Frontier Insurance Company, with U.S. Government approval, to commence and complete the commissary at government contract value of $3,642,484.00 plus Frontier contract value of $491,482.00, amounting to an aggregate contract value of $4,133,966.00 with a completion period of 240 days. E-Tomic diligently, promptly and expediency executed the work and completed the project well within the time frame, in spite of winter conditions, including correcting all defective work performed by the previous contractor. The personal involvement of Mr. John Tomic (president of E-Tomic General Contracting) with this project, and the timely execution of the contract and additional work, was highly appreciated and we are highly recommending this general contractor for any government or private work. The overall product produced by E-Tomic General Contracting, Inc., for this project is a very good quality project. If we could be of any help, please do not hesitate to contact us.”

They more than satisfactorily completed the project and the work was done in a responsible and professional manner. I was very pleased with the result and was extremely satisfied with the efforts which the organization set forth during the administration of the contract, including the site representative and workers, the office representative, financial officer and office staff. I would strongly recommend E-Tomic General Contracting, Inc. for future projects.”

Christian Junior High School after the devastation of Hurricane Hugo, and found the team led by John Tomic to be among the finest, most professional and cooperative professional contractors we have worked with. “In life, people seem to write a company whenever they have a problem or complaint. This letter is neither; it is to inform you that FSI is very pleased with the work completed by you and your contractors. The subdivision of the warehouse was done neatly, professionally, and within the time frames we agreed upon. The craftsmanship and orchestration of the entire job were excellent. Two years ago, FSI had our entire building renovated. There were constant delays and missed commitments. People were observed working at a pace that should have been totally unacceptable. Working with you and your staff was refreshing. My staff informed me that you and your staff worked well with them and handled any last minute changes with a positive attitude. When FSI decided to move forward with the subdivision of our warehouse, we knew it was a major effort and decided to open it up for bids. The job required: 1. Sectioning off 5,000 square feet of the warehouse. 2. Constructing fire walls 20 feet high, 3. Installing air conditioners and duct work. 4. Plumbing to change the sprinkler system and moving other pipes. 5. Installing a ceiling and floor. 6. Installing an electrical panel on a feed separate from the rest of the building. 7. Breaking through a two-layer cinder block wall and installing access doors. This was not a small job and the time frames were important. Of the four bids we received, your bid was the lowest. In discussions with the other contractors, you stood out as a contractor concerned about doing a quality job. Your presentation was such that if you were close to the lowest bid, FSI would have still given you the contract. After working with you and your staff, it is obvious that you were sincere. There is no doubt that E-Tomic Construction will be FSI contractor of choice for any future jobs. I thank you and your contractors for a job well done.”

In addition to the commendable work habits of your employees, we also found them easy to work with. They were always prompt and courteous. They maintained open communications throughout the project, and thus, kept things running smoothly. Your employees not only showed care in the work they were doing, but also for our project, which was displayed by the quality of their workmanship. We are very satisfied with the outcome and are proud of our new store.”
